Chemical Injection Mandrel with Internal Sliding Sleeve

The Chemical Injection Mandrel Sliding Sleeve (CIMSS) opens and closes so that it can be used to treat the fluids with complete line-isolation injection control.

  • Ability to isolate a potential leak path without compromising full bore ID.
  • Equipped with a redundant leak isolation system with lock profile and packing bore.
  • Single, dual or triple line injection ports while maintaining pass-through access.
  • Utilizes test port to analyze check-valve threads ensuring proper seal.
  • Nipple profile and packing bore provided.
  • Sleeve allows running in-hole while maintaining pressure on control line without need for a rupture disk in the valve.
  • With sleeve closed, produced gas unable to enter control line.
  • Full encapsulation of check-valve into the mandrel body.
  • Internal sleeve can be shifted with PetroQuip’s PB shifting tool, model B shifting tool or PetroQuip’s Coil Tubing Work String Shifting Tool.
  • Multiple flat-pak slots can be added upon request.
