The Annular Production Control Valve (APCV) Series is designed for multiple cycling in high temperature and high pressure applications. With it’s proprietary non-elastomeric high performance seals, the APCV Series can has a differential unloading limit of 7,500 psi at 350°F. The APCV has a burst and collapse rating from 8,500 to 10,000 psi at 350°F.

· Isolation tool compatible. Petroquip has isolation tools for all the sleeves that we manufacture.

· Selective profiles can be run when multiple APCV’s are run the same well bore which allows the operator to open a specified APCV without disturbing the other APCV’s.

· The APCV Flow Ports have a larger flow area than the landing nipple and packing bore producing lower pressure drops across the ports.

· Type “D” valve is opened by shifting the sleeve down and closed by shifting the sleeve up.

· Type “U” valve is opened by shifting the sleeve up and close by shifting the sleeve down.

· The “B” or “BO” shifting tool can be used to open and close the valve in a vertical and low deviated wells.

· In horizontal and high deviated wells, a coiled tubing-shifting tool is used with pump through capabilities and increase flow area around the OD.

· Patented Thermoplastic Packing permits differentially cycles at 5,000 psi with gas for 180 cycles at 350°F.

· Body Threads are designed to withstand higher bending and tensile loads.

· All body parts are coated with a high temperature co-polymer to eliminate.
