Auto-Fill XT Valve

Fill tubing automatically. Test without intervention.

PetroQuip’s AutoFill-XT (Extreme) Valve automatically fills tubing while running downhole. The proprietary design allows annulus fluid to fill the tubing without flow restriction and provides a reliable seal when pressure is applied from the tubing side.

Applying pressure to the tubing isolates the annulus and enables tubing testing during installation. Once testing is complete, pressure is released and the valve automatically returns to the auto-fill position. At the desired depth, internal pressure applied to a set shear value closes the piston and permanently locks out the auto-fill feature, isolating tubing-to-annulus communication.
