Shrouded APCV™

The PetroQuip Shrouded Annular Production Control Valve (APCV™) is a sliding sleeve mounted on the production tubing above the production packer for fluid displacement. The inner sleeve is run in the open position while a shroud resides over the flow ports. When ready to displace fluid, simply apply pressure to the annulus to open shroud and sleeve without intervention. After hydraulic actuation, it reverts back to a mechanical sliding sleeve with intervention via industry standard shifting tools.
