Dissolvable Toe Sub

The PetroQuip Dissolvable Toe Sub features multiple dissolvable buttons designed to dissolve after a set timeframe, enabling seamless well access. Each button is coated to prevent dissolution until wellbore conditions are reached.

Installed just above the cement track, the Dissolvable Toe Sub enables pump-down operations or, when stacked, serves as the first stage of a multi-stage frac. The robust design supports standard cement jobs while maintaining a 10,000 psi burst and collapse rating. Once buttons dissolved, communication from the tubing to the cement and formation through the open flow ports.
